Return and Refund Policy for The Beauty Nest

At The Beauty Nest, we strive to provide high-quality beauty products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Policy
Our return policy is based on the terms set by our supplier, Blanka. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@thebeautynest.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided in our return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of an order can be completed when the order is yet to be fulfilled.
- Cancellation of an order cannot be completed after the date in which the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
- If order has been fulfilled, however, is yet to be dispatched, a cancellation request will be sent to the merchant. This request is then processed at the discretion of the merchant.
- If the order has been dispatched, and cancellation is requested, the customer will have to wait for the order to arrive and complete the returns process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at help@thebeautynest.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns on:

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Blanka, our supplier, processes and ships orders on our behalf. While we assist with returns, The Beauty Nest is not responsible for supplier errors beyond our control.
